SoulFuel Wellness Breathwork + Nutrition for Neurodivergent Women

Breathwork and functional nutrition for neurodivergent women navigating hormonal transitions. One-on-one virtual sessions (in-person option, coming soon). Real food. A practitioner who's in it too.

Something shifted

Your focus. Your energy. Your sense of yourself. And everyone keeps saying you're fine.

There's a specific moment this starts. Not a diagnosis, not a doctor's appointment, just you, noticing that something that used to be automatic isn't anymore. The routine that worked for years stops working. The version of you that could push through starts costing more than it used to. You don't have language for it yet. You just know something shifted.
For the woman* who knows something is wrong and has run out of people willing to figure it out with her.

This was built for you if...

You're neurodivergent. You have ADHD, autism, or both, diagnosed or suspected for years, and never taken seriously. You've noticed your focus, your mood, your energy shifting in ways that don't track with how hard you're trying. Certain times of the month, your brain just stops cooperating. You've been dismissed. Told it's anxiety. Told it's stress. Handed a pamphlet and sent home. What you actually need is someone who understands that your nervous system, your hormones, and your nutrition are connected, not separate, and that nobody's looked at them that way. I've been living it.

*This is built for neurodivergent women first. It's also fully open to men, non-binary, gender-fluid, and LGBTQIA+ folks doing this same work. If this speaks to you, you're welcome here.

The Work

SoulFuel Wellness brings together two types of breathwork and functional nutrition because your body needs both.Activation breathwork works by intentionally revving your body up. Fast, forceful breathing that pushes toward a breakthrough instead of waiting for one to arrive. It's for what your body has been holding that needs somewhere to go. The kind of session where you realize you've been carrying something for years and today it finally moved.Deactivation breathwork slows your nervous system until it believes it's safe. Sometimes nothing else happens, and that's the whole point. Sometimes something surfaces anyway, a sigh, a few tears, and it moves through soft instead of loud. Nothing gets forced here. It only opens what's already ready. The nutrition work is practical. Real food, real budgets, real life. I already hold a Master's in integrative and functional nutrition, and I'm finishing my PhD in the same field now. Before that's even done, I'll have my CNS certification and my supervised practice hours, the two pieces that make me a licensed nutritionist in New Jersey and New York.I want women to understand how what they eat affects their energy, their stress, and their ability to actually show up for their own life, and how to make that work on a Thursday night when they're exhausted.Breathwork sessions are one-on-one, built around exactly what you're carrying that day. No experience needed. This is beginner-friendly.

About Me

I built SoulFuel Wellness because I am the woman I built it for.I'm AuADHD. ADHD diagnosed, autism strongly suspected. I've sat in doctor's offices and been told I was fine when I knew I wasn't. I've watched my focus and energy shift with my hormones in ways that nobody could explain to me. So I went and got the explanation myself.I'm a certified breathwork facilitator, IPHM accredited. I already have a Master's in integrative and functional nutrition, and I'm finishing the PhD in the same field now. My dissertation research is on executive function in women with ADHD during hormonal transitions. I know this space from the inside. And I know what it feels like to be in that room, holding test results that say "normal," feeling anything but.

When you come to breathwork, you'll meet Nyx.

Nyx is named after the Greek goddess of night. One of the oldest and most powerful figures in mythology. She predates the Olympians. She doesn't fight the darkness. She holds it.
That's what she does in session. When you come to release something you've been carrying. Grief. Old tension. An emotion you couldn't name. Nyx is the container it goes into. She can hold what you need to put down.
I'm an empath. Deeply. The kind that is detrimental if left uncontained. Without Nyx, what you release in session would sit on me. She carries what my clients let go, so it doesn't have to live in either of us.
Nyx isn't a separate person or a character I perform. She's the name I give to a specific way I hold space in session, and she takes it seriously.
